Strawberry healthy ice cream?

I have strawberries and yoghurt, (natural) is this enough to make a strawberry ice cream, i want it to be healthy and a way to get my boy to eat some fruit.

help please

Don't know about ice cream but I bet it'd make lovely strawberry frozen yoghurt!! Healthy too :)

that's all you need! If your strawberries are sweet enough you won't even need to add any sugar! Simmer the strawberries in a bit of water, push them through a sieve and add sugar to taste, then mix with yoghurt and freeze. Stir every hour or so to break up the ice crystals. I made the same with a tin of raspberiies the other idea and it was yum!
