make a base for a cheesecake?

SeveredEdMcDunnough · 10/10/2012 14:36

Ooh! Trifle! or something.

Or sprinkle them onto ice cream.

Biscuits are nice whether they are crushed or non-crushed, aren't they?

Cheesecake! Or rocky road.

LtEveDallas · 10/10/2012 15:26

250g biscuits.
300g milk chocolate.
100g butter.
3 big spoons of golden syrup.
100g raisins.

Melt choc, butter and syrup and mix togather. Add bashed up biscuits and raisins. Put mixture in a shallow dish lined with cling flim. Chill in Fridge (overnight is best)

Its very sweet, so cut into small chunks
