Need some inspiration! I love spicy food and would love to be able to make some decent curries from scratch, but hate those recipies full of things I have never heard of with about 40 ingredients in! TY in advance Smile

Is that really her name?

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's VEG book is great. Big fan. Easy to vegan-ise a lot of it too. Highly recommended!

Yes Miss P it really is, go and check her out she's one of a kind. I'm hooked.

Well I've looked at briefly Titli's website (am relieved to find her name is not Titlis, but Titli).

I looked briefly because the photographs of food looked quite disgusting to be honest and that put me off completely. Then I saw her mention religion Confused

Oh she's Moslem but don't let that put ypu off. Her food is not "styled " as it is in cookbooks.
