Lunch box with compartments. Recommendations please!

I'm looking for a lunch box for picnics etc with either lots of compartments or that little boxes fit into. Preferably water-tight and not too bulky... Any recommendations please?

I use this one and this one for work, and they have a seal around so are airtight. You can also take out the compartments / dividers as you need to.

Avoid these because they leak.
