What dessert do I serve with cajun pulled pork?

We're having friends over on Wednesday for our monthly big games night. It's a very casual affair where food needs to be served and eaten quickly to leave plenty of time for board games. I've decided to try Simon Rimmer's recipe for cajun pulled pork cooked in my slow cooker. I'll be serving it in soft rolls with coleslaw and pickles in the side. I'm going to serve some corn on the cobs and maybe some potato wedges too.
I'm lost as to what to serve for dessert. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Pecan pie with vanilla ice cream.

Affagato - scoop of vanilla ice cream with an espresso poured over it.

Mississippi Mud Pie. Not sure whether it's the bext match for a balanced menu, but it's regionally authentic!

No bake bailey's cheescake. YUM Grin Is better if you make the night before so less hassle on the day and no cooking.

That last post makes it look like I'm saying "no" to other suggestions. I meant 'no-bake'.

Key lime pie. Vaguely regionally appropriate (right continent anyway) plus gives the impression of lightness (which it's not).

I'll be over at 8ish Grin
