Hello!

I'm thinking of buying a Thermos 'Foogo' as winter approaches. It's basically a wide necked flask.
Apart from soup and casserole etc... Does anyone have a recipe 'list' of varied and exciting luches for a 6 year old who can't face sandwiches!?!

Many Thanks.

Pasta in sauce, stew, dal, beans with sausage, spaghetti hoops, were all my kids favorites :-)

I do the same as poodles.

I make batches of pasta and freeze them in those ikea bowls.

Also callaloo which is a West Indian soup that you can add rice too. We use spinach (instead of callaloo leaves) and tinned crab. You blend it all up at the end so its smooth, then you can mix it with rice. I have given it to lots of fussy kids over the years and not a one hasn't liked it. Grin

Pasta either Heinz or homemade is a big fave here!
