Frozen ready meal rice - lost instructions

I've just found a tray of frozen rice that was once part of a ready meal. I no longer have the instructions so not sure whether I can cook it from frozen, or if it needs defrosting first...

Does anybody know?

I freeze rice all the time and I cook it from frozen most times too. I microwave it for about 3 minutes then tip onto plate and if it needs more time I give it another minute. Just heat until piping hot. Rice doesn't take that long. even from frozen. I freeze into bags or Chinese boxes usually about 1 cup measure in each. If yours is in a sealed box with a film prick it a few times first :-)
