I never normally cook meat, but DH persuaded me to cook Sunday dinner this week (we tried inviting ourselves round to in-laws' but they are going out). I didn't know what meat to buy so have ended up with lamb shoulder fillets. There are no cooking instructions on the packet. Is this even a kind of lamb that can be roasted? If so, for how long? There are 2 pieces in the packet weighing a total of 224g. If not, what do I do with it instead? Google didn't help me with these questions.
