Making Wholemal Bread

I used to do it all the time as a kid, but my bread is a bit heavy. The recipe I've been using says not to knead it, or knock back - just mix and leave for a few hours before bunging it in the oven.

Any recipes or ideas?

You do need to Knead! Its this action which changes the structure of the dow. Pinch your ear and when the dow feels like this it is ready!
