inclination is to brown, add veg/beans and cook slowly

never done mutton before ..any good recipes?

marinate or rub with a bit of Lea and Perrins sauce and then grill - serve with salad or veg - yum!

Mint sauce all over and grill.

I think Enid suggested a while ago on another thread about serving with Mustard mash.
