Would you cook from frozen or defrost first? They are cooked.

defrost first, otherwise you might end up with cooked outside and slightly undercooked inside without realising, but that's just a guess. I make home made chick nugs all the time but haven't frozen them. Did you just make them as usual but not cook? or did you do something clever before freezing?

I cooked them, I had used defrosted chicken breast so couldn't re-freeze until it had been cooked. Didn't think that one through! I'm not sure what sort of temperature to re-heat them at so they don't dry out though?

When all the parts have reached at least 165° F

eat it raw,

no joking I haven't killed anyone via internet before, thought I would give it a go, then bottled it,

so how did they turn out?

Thanks, I haven't used them yet!
