My dh isn't keen on fish either and he really like this recipe...(and it is super easy.)
Salmon and Noodles
a piece of salmon for each person
bread crumbs - I make them from a slices of grated burgen bread (probably about two third of a slice per piece of fish)
mixed herbs
wasabi paste - as little or as much as you like
So, spread the wasabi paste on the fish, it is really hot so less is more!
Then mix the bread crumbs and mixed herbs.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the fish
Place on an oven tray and bake for about fifteen minutes, (I usually cover the fish with tinfoil and take it off for the last five minutes of cooking.)
So when the fish is in the oven boil up some noodles.
And in another pan pour in a heap of soy sauce, lime zest, lime juice and a sprinkling of sugar. Keep tasting it, it should be bitter sweet.
When all cooked...
Strain the noodles and serve in a bowl, place the fish on top and drizzle with the soy sauce mix.
Sorry for being really wordy, hope your dinner party goes well!
