Murguez Sausage Recipe anyone?

I picked up some short dated Meruez sausages this week (80p - bargain!) but the only thing I ever do with them is make a stew. Any other recipes out there?

Funny -- the only way we ever eat them is grilled, in pitta or baguette. I make tzatziki sauce and add cucumber and tomato, but I understand mustard is more usual. Maybe make a vegetable tagine/couscous to go with it?

That sounds lovely I'll be trying it this week :)

Mmm...murguez and tatziki sounds good.

I do them with couscous and vegetables. Provencal style I think (at least i learnt it in France)

I would eat short dated murguez quickly though. They are not the easiest things to digest at the best of times.

I bae them with slices of halloumi and roasted red pepper from a jar. Serve with lots of rocket. Mmmmmm
