Please help me wise foodies! I've got a few friends coming next week for lunch. I see them fairly regularly but still want to make it nice. Was planning on doing quiche, couscous, houmous, dips and nibbly bits for lunch, but should I do a pudding? None of them have a really sweet tooth, and some are on a diet so will probably refuse pudding anyway, but it seems mean not to offer and I want to make an effort. I don't normally have pudding at lunchtime though so no idea what is the right thing to do. Has anyone got any idea for quick, simple and healthy??! Or is it not really expected?
