Why do they make them cook in a tent?

Admittedly, it's a very nice tent. But couldn't they find a proper room somewhere?

Oh god the one flipping time i didnt see it and something major happens, what, what, someone please tell all? what the heck happened, went out and forgot to press the record button, duh!

James (I think) sliced his finger. Thought it was ok and put gloves on. The glove was filled with blood :( was a little scary til one of the other bakers (who is an ICU consultant no less!) helped him sort it ut. He had to leave to have it stiched so the judles thought it was unfair to make a contestant leave. So there will be 2 next week instead
