I need your assistance. I remember from the many "whats for tea" threads, you often say you are having sausage and mustard pasta. Have just cooked the sausages to find I don't have enough potatoes for mash, so need to do something new and non casseroley with 6 sausages. How do I make your pasta dish? Don't need the full receipe, just the Jamie Oliver, sling in type instructions. Thanks a lot!

well you need cream, mustard and basil?

break suasuages out of skins and fry in wide shallow pan with a bit of olive oil, breaking them up with your wooden spoon as you go until they are a bit browned (10 mins ish). Add a splash of white wine, let it cook off, then add crushed chili (if you want), big spoon of dijon mustard, cook for a minute then add a small pot of cream and basil. cook for 5 mins then toss with penne.
