Need vegetarian recipes which are soft to eat

Dd has managed to knock her adult front teeth loose, and has had them bonded to each other to support them. She can only eat soft food, for at least the next ten days.

Apart from soup and a vege lentil pie with mash, Im at a loss to think of things I can give her which require no biting and are soft.

Any ideas?

Similar to the lentil pie (makes 4 servings);
1 pack vegesausages
1 tbsp Sunflower oil
1 onion or 2 shallots, diced
1 can baked beans
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp water
Topping:
750g mashed potatoes
Medium tin of sweetcorn
2 tbsp milk
25g butter
1 tbsp parsley all mixed together
Some grated cheese

Cook the sausages in the oven and cut into chunks. Fry the onion in the oil, add beans, ketchup, chilli and water and simmer for a few minutes. Mix in the sausages. Put into an ovenproof dish, top with the mashed potato mix and top with the grated cheese, bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or so on 190C, Gas Mark 5

Rissotto

Macaroni cheese

HM pasta sauce served with baby sized pasta (cook the sauce to oblivion or even blend it)

Dhal would be nice and tasty but totally soft.

Pasta with tomato sauce, or cheese, or Quorn mince.

Dahl with rice, (very well cooked) curried chickpeas with potato, chilli, scrambled tofu

I think anything soft would be ok, and she can cut it into small pieces so she doesn't have to bite. When i had all my top teeth removed, I ate lots and lots of chip shop chips!

Veggie lasagne, spinach and ricotta cannelloni, well cooked risotto, curries. Sweet potato chips (cut into chips, drizzle with oil and whatever herbs and spices take your fancy), celeriac chips (ditto). Scrambled egg, omelette, souffle. Jacket potato, though she might not be able to manage the skin, the mashed inside with beans or cottage cheese, etc will work well.

I also had slimfast milkshakes to keep me going when I was too sore to eat - might be worth considering.

Oh the baked bean pie sounds like a good thing for this evening. She is hungry but everything she fancies needs biting. Ive never made dahl, is it difficult to get right?
