Carnation caramel

Can i make 'stiff icing' using the caramel in a tin?

I've looked at thier website and there is no recipe listed.

I tried it straight from the tin, but it just slid off, so i was thinking of adding icing sugar.... or should it be butter and then chilled?

Any ideas?

I would say no and that even if you were to succeed when chilled it would soon turn to sludge when at room temperature. You could do butterscotch flavoured buttercream?

Yep, i made caramel using condensed milk, left it to go cold, then added few spoons to my buttercream, nice!!
