Stuck for ideas - need to do a tesco shop tonight. Any ideas?

monday - roast chicken dinner
tuesday - chicken pasta (used left over chicken)
wednesday - fish, chips and peas
today - homemade spaghetti and meatballs
friday - out for dinner
saturday - jacket potatoes or pizza
sunday - not a clue yet!
