I KNOW it has been done, but Slow Cooker recipes - indulge me!

Reading the cooking from scratch thread has just reminded me that I really want a slow cooker.

What do you do in yours? :o

chicken/beef/lamb stews and casseroles but mine always tend to taste the same am good at chucking the veg in but its always the sauce that i get stuck with, keep putting tinned tommies with a splash of wine in (well maybe a glass) but the alcohol does evaporate! I know you can get recipe books for them and there is the official crock pot website (usa site) that does have a load of recipes on it. Saying that I love my slow cooker well worth the money and I like the idea of being able to go out whilst dinner is slowly cooking away ooh someone called LIZSLOU???? posted a really nice recipe which I tried and it was yummy
