i just happened upon these in sainsburys today and they're FAB!

totally organic, no crap, frozen meals for babies. Got a few of the from 1 yr ones for ds..

He pretty much eats what we eat, but I thought these would be handy to have in the freezer for if we've been out all day or those times when I jsut can't be arsed to cook! lol

anyway, tried one tonight (beanie bake) and it wa really nice!

Just clicked on home delivery which takes you to another site.

£8.95 for a pack of 4.

starlover · 18/03/2006 22:29

just found receipt! they were £1.69 each.

so, quite expensive... but good as backup!

Not bad like you say for backup lazy days.

Probably better than spaghetti hoops on toast.

starlover · 18/03/2006 22:33

yeah! specially for littlies... wouldn't bother for a 5 yr old though.
portion size is just about right for ds who is 13 months (though i think he does have a big appetite)

i was rather shocked at range of frozen purees though! lol

Will have a look out for them.

We do have a lovely company called Chill Baby who do gorgeous meals for babies but they stop at 10 months + . They say on them suitable up to 16 months I find them a little too smooth for ds3 now, he likea to get his teeth into things now! Those would be just the ticket.

starlover · 20/03/2006 11:07

i acn't get any of the links on the menu to work for that kiddylicious site.. prob my puter

OP posts:
chipmonkey · 20/03/2006 11:09

starlover · 20/03/2006 11:15

Chipmonkey

Kiddylicious meals are stocked in tesco in Eire

chipmonkey · 21/03/2006 00:01

Are they really? Even if you don't live in a posh area?Grin

harrysdad · 21/03/2006 22:30

well there's a question. what is a posh area given that i am in London i have no idea.

not sure how many tesco's there are in ireland but it is in 50 of them

chipmonkey · 22/03/2006 01:08

Harrysdad, the nearest Tesco's to me is in Ashbourne, Co Meath. But I have to get past all the big hairy men waving hurley sticks to get to it!Grin

chipmonkey · 23/03/2006 23:09

Yay! Found it in the online Tesco!Grin
