good youtube links for learning how to make food

has anybody come across youtube links/ website which shows how to cook saldas, smothies etc

Salads (salsas?) and smoothies are more of a chop/blend/assemble job than actual cooking. The Jamie Oliver website has some nice short videos showing basics like Everyday Green Salad
