What can I do with 2lbs of honey?

DH has bought the wrong kind of honey and we can't take it back to the shop. What can I do with a 2lb jar of honey (the creamy, crystallised one, not the runny one). I don't like cakes with spices. Thank you.

Flapjacks? I have a honey one on my blog www. toddler-recipes.co.uk. it will take a bit longer to melt but should be fine. I actually prefer that type of honey!

I also made these cookies recently, they need tons of honey www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/771

Have it on toast for a long time. It doesn't tend to go off quickly.

Lots of chicken dishes go nicely with honey. Honey roasted sweet potato, parsnips etc.
Put loads on a ham/gammon joint for a roast.
Give it to your neighbour if all else fails.

Thank you. Wow, it is not a very good honey so I'm not having it on toast. Do honey roasted vegetables taste very sweet?
mrsvilliers do you know how much a cup of honey weighs?

Yep I certainly do, it is 340g, you can see the conversions here, I think that recipe calls for 2/3? allrecipes.com/howto/cup-to-gram-conversions/
