Does anyone have any authentic indian curry recipes? Not like the ones you get in takeaways. I once stayed for dinner many years ago at an Indian friends house and the curry was very thin (like a stock) but it tasted amazing. It was a lamb chop dish and you could see all the bits of ground spices in the bottom, it was quite hot and I have never tasted anything like it since, I would love to try it again if I knew what it was:(
