Simple meals that can be reheated later?

Oh wise mumsnetters Grin

Due to after school clubs/playdates etc cooking in the evening is tricky so I want to make something in the morning that can be reheated for dinner. If a bit can be put by for DC4's lunch the next day as well then so much the better. I'm somewhat cooking challenged Blush , so something reasonably simple is a necessity!

Thank you

Anything with a sauce I find easiest to reheat- so spag bol, curry, stew, chicken casserole, cottage pie. I find that sauces that have cream in them split if left (eg stroganoff) so I just add the cream when re-heating in the evening.

Pasta bakes - some sauces dont require the pasta to be cooked first, which makes even easier and quicker.

Veg can be prepared in the morning and left on the hob in cold water, ready to boil in the evening.

Quiche - can always be eaten cold with salad, or reheated (once).
