What shall make with a neck of lamb for dinner?

I got a lovely neck of lamb from waitrose, and now I'm not sure what to make with it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

kebabs. chop into pieces, chop onion, peppers, courgettes, maybe mushrooms, and thread, including bayleaves.

if no skewers then chop the same way and just fry all the bits in the same pan

I'm very tempted by the souvlakia as I've never tried that before!

ab - you actually thread the bay leaves on too? I've never thought of doing that, I only ever seem to use bayleaves in rice.

irish stew ..

diced potatoes, onion, carrot .. salt and pepper .. fill with water and simmer for 2 - 3 hours .. goes all mushy and yummy

neck of lamb is quite fatty and tough so its better when slow-cooked and the juices mingle
