Whole or half fat milk?

DS is 2 in may, does he still need whole milk or is half fat ok now?.

You can give him half fat now if you want, I think. As long as he's not thin.

(My DS1 is 4.5 and still on full-fat, but he's pretty thin.)

After two you can give them half fat if they're not too skinny. DD1 is a rake, so she gets the full fat stuff. A pint a day. Organic has more Omega 3s.

I've started giving ds (3.5) full fat again cos it was the only thing stopping him having toddler poo - seems to bung him up nicely Grin

Oh, god, does moving them off full-fat make their poo more runny? I am never moving my kids off full-fat.
