Salmon - quite a lot

I normally cook a single salmon steak for a meal.

But I just found out my carer put the salmon into the freezer without seperating the steaks so I have a frozen lump of salmon.

What can I cook with it? I was wondering about some sort of fish pie - I can then refreeze portions once cooked.

I also have 2 aubergines that need using so anything combining the two would br great.

Salmon in pasta with a cream sauce is very nice.
We had salmon steaks tonight , I marinate them in some soy sauce , spoonful of brown sugar & dash of olive oil, it does slight blacken cooking ( pan needs a soak too) but is delicious , we have it with a salad & or jacket spud.
You can use in fish pie but it's a but dull on its own and needs prawns and some stronger fish( smoked cod) , salmon fish cakes are lovely, eay too, you used cooked salmon so could re freeze or you will be eating salmon for days...
