We're having friends for dinner tomorrow. I'm making chicken chasseur toningh to reheat tomorrow as I won't have much time tomorrow. I'm worried it's going to end up dry after being fully cooked tonight then reheated tomorrow so was thinking of stopping once the chicken is browned tonight.. Would it be ok to leave the chicken browned but not fully cooked until tomorrow night or do I really need to fully cook tonight then reheat tomorrow?

Thanks :-)

No no no no you stand a very good chance of poisoning everyone.

If it is reheated in sauce then it won't be dry

You will probably end up with food poisoning if you do that. Cook it all through and just reheat tomorrow. Make sure you cool it down quickly as this will reduce the cahnce of bacteria growing and make it less likely to be dry.
