Strawberry Mousse Recipes Needed!

Hi, having family do on Sunday and doing a BBQ and cold desserts, would like to make a strawberry mousse to celebrate the beautiful weather we're having. Does anyone have any foolproof but very tasty recipes?

STRAWBERRY MARSHMALLOW MOUSSE

250g strawberries
25g caster sugar
140g mini marshmallows
200ml double cream

Put most of the strawberries in a saucepan (reserve a few for decoration if required) with the sugar and 100 ml water
Heat gently until soft enough to mash -around 3mins, take of the heat and squash with a fork until pulpy, add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Leave to cool.
Whip cream and fold into strawberry mix, spoon into bowls and chill for a couple of hours. Decorate with reserved strawberries.

This is a recipe I use from an old Good Food mag. I realise the marshmallows will probably offend mousse purists but it's a decent alternative to using raw eggs if you are making a mousse for young children!
