Using up marmalade?

We are hoping to move house within the next few months, so I have started to look at using up all my storecupboard supplies as a way of not having to take too much with us.

One thing I do have, which none of us actually like on its own/on toast, is jars & jars of marmalade (DM got the idea from somewhere the DS1 loves her homemade stuff & I haven't the heart to disillusion her). So, does anybody have any ideas for using it up, please? Thanks!

Go onto the Guardian website and search for it. I have a memory of them printing various recipes for marmalade muffins or similar in the last couple of years.

Wow, such quick responses & you guys seem to know my weaknesses - gammon, cake, pudding, gin

I would give it away ProudNeathGirl, but the only people I know who like it are either beneficiaries of my mother's goods themselves (and there is plenty, she does it for therapy, I think, every month at least ) or MIL, who has been given so many jars by us she has begged us to stop for now so she can catch up!
