Search for a particular recipe - white Christmas Pud - Please help!

Yes there is such a thing and its gorgeous.

Its like a boozy Christmas Pud but its not dark . You make it in a pudding basin and turn it out then cover it with whipped cream...
Trouble is - it was a recipe of my Mother In Law who sadly passed away in Octber, and we haven't been able to find the recipe in her house.

SO - have any of you ever heard of it and better still - have you got a recipe for it - PLEASE?

DHs grandmother used to make this. Is this it? Doesn't mention whipped cream though.
