Leftover chicken- what can we do for dinner?

Had a lovely roast chicken yesterday, lots of leftovers, any ideas.
Leg meat mainly so something cooked, I.e not salad.

Chicken and mushroom pie

Chicken croquettes

Risotto

Stew

Soup

My leftover chicken either gets made into a chicken and leek pie, chicken pasta bake, chicken risotto or chicken and chorizo paella type thing.

I rotate between them and change each recipe depending on what else is in the fridge.

Chicken and leek and/or mushroom pie?
Chicken curry?
Fajitas?
Stirfry?

Chicken pie, chicken risotto, chicken in cream sauce with rice or pasta, make stock with the bones for soup.

Chicken pie.
Chicken curry.
Fajitas.
Chicken pasta bake.
Chicken in white wine/white sauce and grapes ( stroganoffy )
