Everyone, I just wanted to let you know that my cookbook has been published and I wanted to thank everyone that contributed to the book. I have listed your names (internet names mostly) next to each one of your recipes along with any stories you gave me, and have included lots more recipes of my own and friends, family and neighbors here in the States. We have sold about 125 of them so far and are well on our way to raising funds toward my daughter's trip and toward her Girl Scout Troop (Girl Guides as you call them). Yes!!! All of your recipes were used, of course!!! The book has 299 recipes in it. Meggymoo, your stuffed vine leaves, Expat gave me a dip and baked beans recipe, Lady Tophams Toad in the Hole, ChicagoMums Stuffed Aubergine--all of them look great. Thanks so much for your interest, you have all been wonderful.

So glad you like it!! We had another really good weekend at the supermarket selling the book, we sold another 301 copies so we are very happy at the moment. Again, for the 50th time, I just want to thank everyone so much, I don't believe I could have done it to this degree of success without your recipes--everyone loves them and loves all of your names too!!
