ciabatta rolls - what flavours from storecupboard ingrediants?

just made some dough and want to flavour some of the rolls I intend to bake.

cant get out today so what can I use - I dont have cheese btw!

What have you got? Sundried tomatoes or olives are good. Or herbs - rosemary or oregano might work well.

i dont have any of these :)

i have onion, garlic, peppers, fresh coriander dired italian herbs thats it!!

I bet garlic/italian herbs would be nice. Or onion/peppers/garlic.
