Can I use SR flour instead of plain?

I have a lovely recipe for banana & oatmeal muffins, and some over-ripe bananas.

The only problem is, the recipe uses plain flour & I only have SR in the house.... As the recipe also uses 1tsp baking powder & 1tsp bicarbonate of soda, do you think it would be ok to replace them all with SR flour? Or will I still need to add the bicarbonate?
