Fine vinegar(s)

Would like to buy a vinegar loving friend (he sloshes the stuff on everything) some nice vinegar as a gift.

Possibly some balsamic or a selection of fine ones.

I was considering a trip to Selfridges but would be grateful for any alternative recommendations.

We were in Burford yesterday and from Bumbles the deli bought some really delicious blood orange balsamic cream vinegar and some raspberry cream vinegar. You can buy similar online from www.deliciousontap.co.uk. Oil & Vinegar have some shops around as well where you can go and taste.

I can't recommend a particular one, but I had some lovely posh balsamic vinegar at a friend's house recently and she said it had come from Borough Market. Might be worth a visit if it's not to far away as you can usually try them out.
