2 year old meal plan.

I have a two year old little boy and I am finding it increasingly difficult to find foods that he will actually sit down and eat. He used to be really good with his eating and would eat anything but lately he doesn't eat sandwiches or fruit and no matter how many times it is offered he still refuses. He will eat vegetables and pasta mainly but just giving him those foods isn't the balanced die that he requires.

Has anyone got a little breakdown of a weekly food plan or could give me some advice?!

It would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou :)

Shock You are getting your 2 year old to eat veg and pasta and you think that he requires more?!? I would have a smile like a Cheshire cat if I could get my 17 month old to eat veg and pasta!

Does he eat pizza?

Mine are good eaters but are not keen on sandwiches. Have you tried wraps or pitta bread?

Do you know anyone who has 'How to Eat' by nigella? There is a good chapter in there about children's eating.

I remember going through books and writing a list of meals that I could refer back to.

I also liked a book called 'cooking for coco'.
