She may be teething? Really gone off food especially being spoon fed. Shes not too bad at feeding herself but I feel small amounts of cheese, tomato, bread is just not enough

Could easily be teething or have a sore throat. If she still gets plenty of milk to drink she's unlikely to starve. Persevere by offering different foods, on a spoon or for her to pick up and try not to worry.

How is she getting on now cheeky? If she is teething try feeling for a tooth (if you are brave enough Smile) and use a teething gel or ibruprofen before offering solids.

If she is on finger food, why not try her with what you eat, provided you eat fairly healthily?

If you need some inspriation of what to give her have a look here and this book is quite good too.

My DD was a total spoon refuser, so you have my sympathy Smile.

Forgot to say, don't offer any alternatives either. If she is refusing food, just assume she's not hungry otherwise she'll be playing you for years to come.

quite normal for 1yr old kids to slow down on eating a little, this is because the massive period of growth is from birth to 12 months.
this will pass until next growth spurt. if not ill, loosing weight etc, continue to offer foods/meals as normal. dont make a fuss or worry this will pass.
