Ideas for frozen spinach?

I have been clearing out my freezer and have come across a large bag of frozen spinach. Since I never eat spinach I can't remember why on earth I bought it. Anyone got an idea of what I could make with it to use it up? I hate throwing perfectly good food out.

Works really well in a curry Smile

Spinach in an omelette is also lovely! I've only ever used fresh though, so you might have to defrost it?

Ditto curry. Also good in quiche or something like a fet or ricotta pie. Veg lasagne. Anything really.

Feta

Defrost in microwave (1 minute per lump) and put in an omelette with grated cheese. Yum!

Spinach and ricotta quiche.
Spinach and watercress soup.
You can put it into a mince/stew dish as well, it will disintegrate down nicely.

-Spanakopita (feta/spinach roll)
-Blended soup with cream and nutmeg
-in stir fried noodles (korean style glass noodles + soy sauce/garlic/sesame oil)

Thankyou everyone - some really good ideas there. Off to the kitchen now.

I always add some to the cheese sauce when I make macaroni cheese. DD2 and DH wouldn't eat spinach on its own, but are both more than happy to eat it when it's in a cheese sauce

Soup with some thai curry paste in - delish!

Spinach with tagietelle, pine nuts (or sunflower/pumpkin just as nice and cheaper) and cheese.

Yum :)
