Is the yoghurt regular yoghurt like strawberry or blueberry but in this case coconut? Won't it have lots of sugar in it?

If you get something like the Rachels one it is sooooo nice, it isn't too sweet but is more coconutty iyswim however the other option would be to use unsweetened coconut bits like you would in a normal korma esque curry and add it to the yoghurt. However a really nice coconut yoghurt (like rachels - I don't work for them but am quite addicted and hate sweet coconut things like bounty etc!) would make it yummy!
