I have Slimming World magazine interested in publishing it

Ooooooooooh - where can I find your menu planner YG? I just list my days and meals on a scrap of paper but this sounds much more sophisticated!

i just write a list

jsut organises food so you can see exactly what you need to buy and if you're doing SW it plans out your healthy extras cod.

aha so htis list for me is no fdifferent

eg

monday
lunch ( normal lunchy stuff)
tea kids - twizzlers and chips
us - caviare and salad

yes but I do it in more detail and for a longer period of time.

er yes{grin]
ii go past monday to... tuesday!
