my daughter wants a castle cake for her bithday any ideas

square cake with two upright swiss rolls at each corner. Cover in icing. Upside down ice cream cornets covered in icing (or left plain) for turrets. Jelly diamonds for windows, sugar flowers climbing up the outside. Pink pink and more pink for the icing obv.!
