Recipe book ideas

I need books with slow cooker ideas, tagine ideas and an ultimate bready, bakery type book

I'm thinking the Lakeland ones for slow cooker and tagines? Are they any good? I like that thye just have 50 recipes rather than the over 200 recipe types that just get confusing.

Then the bread one. It needs good, basic ones, rye breads, sourdoughs etc. French style pain de campagne, flat breads, I'd quite like corn breads, tortillas etc plus croissants and such.

Any ideas?

I jumped on this thread, as I'm a recipe book addict, but only actually own one slow cooker book, and one baking book, and have only tried one recipe from each, so no help really.
