Home made ice-cream/sorbet

Anybody know any good recipes?

Oooo that doesn't sound too healthy - but sounds very yummy ha ha. Not suprised it's all gone, I think my family would have demolished it within the day too

I used to make something similar to this but added about a tablespoon or so of Grand Marnier liqueur as well. It was called Strawberry Marnier icecream. The alcohol means it doesn't set rock hard if you freeze it again after making it.
