My dd is almost 9 months, when can i give her baked beans and all the baby books say cottage cheese without salt but all in the supermarket have salt? Any advice? Also I made a banana and nectarine smoothie with formula milk today, the little rascal decided she only wanted 2 spoonfuls after i spent ages and made so much mess... i popped it in the fridge and hope to use it tomorrow. i know you cant freeze bananas but can you store them in the fridge for 24 hours?

Baked beans is OK as long as it is a LITTLE and not every day. Baked beans have lots of salt and sugar for that matter so not your first choice !
Yes your smoothie can go in fridge but do smell it first tomorrow...
At such a young age you want to make sure she doesn't get much (if any) salt or sugar
