Meal ideas with duck breasts

I ordered these on a whim and now I'm not sure what to make.

Ideas gratefully received.

We had some tonight
I just followed the instructions which was sear the duck, then cook in a high oven
Served with new potatoes boiled then sauted in the duck fat
Chardonney carrots which I cooked with lemon juice and butter. Just put enough water to cover carrots and the fast boil until no liquid left and carrots are glazed.
And fresh peas.
It was gorgeous.

My dp cooks them like steak with pepper sauce- very delicious indeed.

I did nigellas duck legs and potatoes last week and it was really scrummy

would work with breasts too

it only took an hour and was extremely well done by then, so watch that timing info

Thanks for these; what about something more oriental?

We've been having a lot of potatoes lately.

Jamie Oliver has one of his 30min meals which contains duck breast and a pomegranite salad. am on phone so cant link but a quick google would bring it up.
