roasting broccoli I don't suppose it works if it's frozen

I would assume that it wouldn't work with frozen, but don' really know

I think it might go all soggy. In fact, I'm fairly sure it will. But I've never tried so this isn't a definitive answer!

I've roasted frozen peppers perhaps I'll just chuck some in

I do roast it quite a lot but have never tried from frozen, seem to remember someone trying roast veg recently on here and they went all soggy because she used everything from frozen.
