Ideas to make beef strips tasty

I have some beef strips in the freezer which I would like to give to the dc (5 yo & 8 month old on blw), but am a bit stuck for ideas. I'm vegetarian myself, so am a bit clueless. There's a recipe for beef worms on the recipe finder, but it marinades the beef in soy sauce, which would be too salty. I could just fry them up plain, but that sounds a little boring. With chicken/turkey strips, you can always put them in a crispy coating for chicken nuggets-type things, but can you do that with beef? If not, how would you serve them?

You could stif rfy with lots of veg.

Beef has quite a lot of taste so you don't need to do much to it, so you could just oven cook and serve with veg.

I do them dipped in cornflour then fried in 2cm oil in a wok. They come out like crispy fried beef from the Chinese takeaway.

Honestly, it won't be boring just pan fried and with a tiny bit of salt. If it's decent beef I'd say don't mess with it!
