Is it ok to give them to 20mth DS? I've heard they can be high in salt?

I find them too salty. I wouldn't give them to him tbh.

We've given a few mouthfuls to my DD (17 mo) - maybe half a sausage max, although not sure of official advice . I would assume a little would be fine if it was an occasional thing
